Not all patients are the same and due to this we carefully manage all our clients needs. Both finger prick and venous sample collection have advantages and disadvantages. We focus on what is best for the patient in terms of sustainable testing, self-management and access to follow on testing. We provide retest guarantees if there are no biomarkers.
Our eco friendly home testing kits come with everything you need to ensure your samples are not compromised during transportation. We use a mail tracking service, and if your sample has been delayed we will send you a new collection test kit free of charge. Not everyone is an expert at self testing and sometimes it may need a little getting used to , with our service there is no need to worry. If you have failed to send a good blood sample and we could not extract any biomarkers then we will help and guide you with our team to carry our another test free of charge.
